At Glamshel, we want you to feel good about what you carry and that includes how we handle returns. If something doesn’t feel quite right with your order, we’re here to help you sort it out without the fuss.
We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all tags and packaging intact. If you’ve changed your mind or the item isn’t what you expected, that’s okay, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief note about why you’re returning the item. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
We’re all about keeping things fair. Items that show signs of use, damage from wear, or missing parts can’t be returned. Personalized or custom-made items are also not eligible, unless there’s a clear issue with how they arrived.
If your item was a gift, we’ll work with you to find a solution that makes sense just reach out and we’ll take it from there.
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you’d like a different color or style, the simplest way is to return the original item and place a new order. That way, you get exactly what you want without waiting too long.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that’s no longer available, let us know and we’ll work with you to find a suitable option.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part like sending the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged.
If your order arrives with a defect or isn’t what you ordered, we’re on it. Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item, and include a photo if possible. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or another solution that works for you.
When you request a return or refund, we may collect personal data such as your name, contact details, and order information. This helps us process your request smoothly and keep records for future reference.
In line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we handle your data responsibly and only use it for purposes related to your return or refund. You can request access to your data or ask us to correct it by contacting [email protected].
